I found the AGM on Tuesday 12 December 2023 helpful and informative. Good to put names to faces, and it helps me get my head around living in an apartment block, which is all new to me. Best wished for Xmas, and the New Year Gail Philogene

We are a small body corporate but he went above and beyond, explaining every aspect, answering every question. Strata Dynamics offers serious professionalism at a competitive price

I’d invite you to explore your other options … sharing my experience to help someone else. One of the poorest quality and most expensive services I’ve had. I’m the property owner of the lots in a building they manage. They are expensive, use unnecessary extra service providers. The caretakers they have engaged (on top of their high costs) are unfriendly and somewhat aggressive. The have line items on their invoices as late fee + interest fee + admin fee + some other unknown costs … for an owner that has been holding a property for years and has never been late. The list goes one … Typical for this trade I suppose …

I do a lot of work with committees of bodies corporate managed by Strata Dynamics. The feedback I receive is always positive. Just last week a chairperson was telling me how fantastic Levi Chalmers has been for their scheme - knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and competent. Levi is one of many fabulous body corporate managers at Strata Dynamics. Good work team :)

Disappointed with this body corporate. I recently had a leak with my water meter located in a common area at my complex, and was never notified of it by the body corporate. It was not until I received a water bill that had doubled in usage and continuously requested that they have a plumber come to investigate the complex, that the body corporate finally let me know that there was a leak relating to my property a month prior. Had I been notified of the leak when it occurred, perhaps I could've better equipped myself for a water bill of this enormity in a time where everybody is doing it tough financially. Still battling for a fair reimbursement of the excess consumption.
